How can I submit inquiries to people outside of the abarlink website?

In order to submit inquiries to people outside of the abarlink website, you should enter your intended email addresses in the “Publish to outside of the system” section of the “Publish” form. By posting an inquiry to people who are not members of the abarlink website, two situations will be appeared:

• Public Inquiry: If the inquiry is public, the inquiry information will be fully emailed to people and in order to respond to this inquiry, those individuals must first become a member of the site and register their company information.
• Private Inquiry: If the inquiry is private, only the inquiry title along with a dedicated registration link will be emailed to people and in order to see the inquiry, those individuals need to be a member of the website by that dedicated link. When they joined on the website, upon logging in, the "In order to respond to the inquiry you must first register your company information " notice will be displayed to them. The inquiry is also displayed in the private inquiry list and in the internal automations section.
