How can I submit a supporting request or a ticket?

 Go to the “Support Requests” section from the “Support” menu:

  • Click on the “Add New” button.
  • According to your ticket’s content, select the relevant “Department”.
  • Set your ticket’s priority in the “Priority” section. Pay attention in choosing the priority of your ticket, as tickets will be reviewed based on their priority and the lower the priority of the ticket, the longer the response time may take.
  • Enter the “Subject” of the ticket up to 100 characters.
  • Enter the “Text Message” of the ticket up to 2000 characters.
  • If it was necessary, you can attach your intended files to your ticket. You can attach 3 files with the volume of less than 3 MB for each of them. These types of files are acceptable: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, txt, rar and zip.
  • After completing the form and ensuring from the accuracy of the entered information, click on the "Send Ticket" button.
