In order to check your submitted ticket, do the following steps:
- Go to the “Support Requests” section from the “Support” menu.
- Find your intended request in the displayed submitted requests list and then click on the “View Ticket” option to see the answer of your ticket.
- If it was necessary, you can use the “Answer” option to reconnect with the site support section to discuss about the same ticket.
- If the problem was solved, you can use the “Close Ticket” button. If you close the ticket, support unit will see the status of the ticket as “Closed” and will no longer send a reply to the user.
