In order to see the incoming quotation requests, you can go to the “Received Quotations” section from the “My Abarlink-->Quotation” menu. All received quotation requests will be displayed for you. In order to see the details of a request, click on the “View” button. On this page, if you want to respond to a request, click on the “View in Automation” button.
In addition, all your incoming quotation requests from your customers are available to view at the “Automations” section. These requests will be at your “Inbox” with the title of “Quotation”. You can check them and respond to them if you want.
Also when a quotation request is sent to you, abarlink will also send an email to your registered email address to inform you. This email will be sent directly from the abarlink website and it has nothing to do with the customer who submitted the quotation request.
