PD1200 plasticizer is based from natural plant oil. It is produced through a brand new biotechnology: firstly exchanging carbon chains of glyceride of linseed oil derivatives to new carbon chains with better performance highly-selective by using high-efficient enzyme, and then purifying molecular structure and separating product precisely. This product is better compatible with PVC resin than DOP and has high level of plasticizing efficiency. In addition, with fine mechanical processing property, stain resistance, absence of halogen, non-toxic and cold resistance, it endows this product to be well applied as main plasticizer, even to replace DOA.
