Formalin – Formaldehyde
Formaldehyde is a colorless, flammable, strong-smelling chemical widely used by industry. It is a colorless gas at room temperature, or available as a liquid called formalin. Formalin is distinctive, strong and even pungent smelling, flammable and gaseous substance. Since Formaldehyde is a by-product of combustion and other inherent processes, it can be found in significant concentrations and in various environments.
